- Dancers are now required to be in uniform/proper attire and footwear for every class.
- If Halloween falls on a weekday, classes will be canceled.
- If Halloween falls on a weekend, all recreational classes will run.
- The week of Halloween all dancers are allowed to wear their Halloween costume to class. There will be no parent viewing this week.
- The studio will be closed on Sunday and Monday of Thanksgiving.

November
- November 1st tuition installment is withdrawn
- Drop fees will apply for anyone withdrawing from a class - $50 for the first class and $25 for each additional class will be charged.
- Classes will run on Remembrance Day
- Year-end costumes will be ordered. Costume fees are included in your monthly tuition.
- Dancers who complete the year will receive a costume.
December
- December 1st tuition installment is withdrawn
- Drop fees will apply for anyone withdrawing from a class - $50 for the first class and $25 for each additional class will be charged.
- Parent viewing the last 15 minutes of each class will take place the last week of class before the holiday break.
- The studio will be closed for 2 weeks over the holidays. These dates will be emailed to families in the newsletter.

- No tuition refunds will be given for any dropped classes. The year’s remaining tuition balance must be paid in full regardless of attendance.
- Choreography for the year-end Concert will begin in regular weekly classes.
February
- February 1st tuition installment is withdrawn
- No tuition refunds will be given for any dropped classes. The year’s remaining tuition balance must be paid in full regardless of attendance.
- The studio will be closed for Family Day.
March
- March 1st tuition installment is withdrawn
- No tuition refunds will be given for any dropped classes. The year’s remaining tuition balance must be paid in full regardless of attendance.
- The studio will be closed for one week for March Break. These dates will be emailed to families in the newsletter.
- Registration for summer classes opens.
April
- April 1st tuition installment is withdrawn.
- No tuition refunds will be given for any dropped classes. The year’s remaining tuition balance must be paid in full regardless of attendance.
- The studio will be closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. Classes will run on Saturday.
- Auditions for competitive teams take place in April and May.

- May 1st tuition installment is withdrawn. This is the final tuition payment for the dance season. No tuition refunds will be given for any dropped classes. The year’s remaining tuition balance must be paid in full regardless of attendance.

- The last day of regular classes will be the Friday following Victoria Day.
- Mandatory Dress Rehearsal at the Chrysler Theatre for all dancers ages 4 and up.
- The Saturday following Victoria Day begins our week at the Chrysler Theatre, starting with 4 rehearsals and 4 shows. Each recreational class will perform on one of the four shows. Specialty teams may perform in more than one show. Exact dates and times will be emailed to you.
